You’ll reach over 100 leaders of Maine and New Hampshire providers representing diverse, not-for-profit organizations along the continuum of care.

Over 75% of attendees are decision-makers in senior leadership roles, 15% are managers of services provided to residents (food service, activities, housekeeping, maintenance & grounds), and 10% serve in a clinical capacity.

Format & Layout
NEW! This year’s Expo will offer two blocks of time to network and connect with attendees on Tuesday, April 4th, 8:00-9:00am & 10:45am-noon. To offer more flexibility to our exhibitors, we will have both high-top tables, as well as 6 ft tables. The high-tops will be in the foyer, which will feature high attendee traffic during both time slots. The 6 ft tables will be around the perimeter of part of the ballroom and will be where attendees will get their coffee and snacks during the mid-day Expo hours. You can review the new layout HERE.

Limited Capacity
Exhibit space at LeadingAge Maine & New Hampshire’s 2023 Expo & Awards Program has limited capacity: 30 booths. The first opportunity to reserve a booth will be granted to GOLD Partners, then SILVER Partners, then BRONZE Partners. GOLD Partners will have the opportunity to choose their specific booth location, while SILVER and BRONZE Partners will be able to share their preference for a 6ft table vs a high top table.

Only one company is permitted in each exhibitor booth. Should exhibitors wish to share booth space, each company will need to be a LeadingAge Maine & New Hampshire Business Partner.

Payment
You will be invoiced for your Business Partner selection, which includes your booth and your allotted “All Access” passes. Full payment must be received by the association by February 8, 2023 to be an exhibitor. If we do not receive payment by this time, we will release your booth to any companies on our waiting list.

Expected Attendance
We expect approximately 150 provider attendees at this year’s conference.

Staffing Your Booth and Additional Attendees
Business Partners each receive an allocation of “All Access Passes” for admission to all sessions, meals and the Expo (GOLD - 4, SILVER - 2, Bronze - 1). Due to limited seating capacity, we cannot offer any additional “All Access Passes” for purchase. However, should you wish to have more representatives on the floor during expo hours, you may purchase extra Expo-only Passes (valid for set up through the conclusion of the Expo at noon on April 4th). 

When to Set Up
You may set up your booth any time between 7:00-8:00am on April 4th. All set up must be complete by 8:00am on April 4th. We will share parking and load-in instructions as we get closer to the event.

When to Break Down
Exhibits can start to be broken down at 12:00pm. Your booth must be dismantled and out the door by 1:30pm.

Shipping Materials to the Sheraton Sable Oaks Hotel
If you are sending materials to the hotel, please ship to arrive no earlier than four (4) days prior to the event. All boxes in excess of five (5) will incur a $10 per box handling fee. Items must be labeled as follows:

Security
Exhibitors must provide for the security of their goods, materials, equipment and general display at all times. LeadingAge Maine & New Hampshire will not be responsible for the loss or damage of any material for any cause.

Cancellation Policy
An exhibitor who submits a written request by February 8, 2023 to cancel exhibit space will be guaranteed a full refund. Cancellation between February 9 - March 15, 2023 will result in a 50% refund. Cancellation on or after March 16, 2023 will result in no refund.
